- This system consists of a closed-circuit
production facility from feeding of Wax / Water Phase to loading the tank
of the filling machine.
- The Wax and Water at necessary temperature
are given to Manufacturing Vessel or Planetary Mixer, by vacuum in the
cone-shaped filter.
- The product during emulsion production is
recirculated through Ointment Transfer Pump the Pump also releases the
result in the Storage Vessel.
- The Storage Vessel is then used to the
filling area and is related to again Ointment Transfer Pump. Or Storage
Vessel continues fixed (In bigger size) & pump checks the ointments in
the tank of the Ointment Filling Machine.
- A centralized operating panel can manage the
entire plant by one operator.
- The plant is provided with a fully automatic
electrical control panel with digital controllers & operations.
- This plant adapts to cGMP rules (Paint Free
Construction).
- The plant is intended to be performed only
by one operator and one helper.
- All material changes are done by vacuum or
by check pumps.
- All the containers are cGMP (paint free
construction)
- Fully automated PLC-based control system of
the entire production facility.
- Control Panel is provided with a MIMIC
display, which visually shows all operations of the plant.
- The gaskets done are of silicon (food
grade).
- All contact parts are of SS316 &
finished to class 4B (Mirror) finish and are crevice free.
- The entry of all agitators is from top &
High-Speed Emulsifier from bottom or In-line Emulsifier (as per customer
requirement).
- All vessels are suitable for an internal
load of 1 Kg. / Sq. cm. And hence can be cleaned.
- All pipes, pipe connections and valves are
of SS304 / SS316 (as per customer requirement) seamless nature, within
electro polished, with tri-clover ended joints.
- The entire plant is provided with CIP &
SIP connections, so that customer can use these tools if they have CIP
& SIP equipment.
- All conditions of temperature & time of
the plant are shown digitally on the control panel. Ampere indicates on
Ampere meters.
- All the inlet & outlet links are
provided with tri clover joints, which are very easy for cleaning &
replacement.
